The Power of Open-Ended Questions: Better Conversations, Better Relationships

Have you ever noticed how one simple question can change a conversation? The questions we ask matter. Open-ended questions help people think, share, and connect. Unlike questions that can be answered with a simple “yes” or “no,” open-ended questions invite people to explain their thoughts and feelings. For example instead of asking, “Are you okay?” you could ask, “How are you feeling today?” and you'll realise that the door to a meaningful conversation gets opened. Open-ended questions are powerful in every area of life. START WITH YOURSELF  One of the most important conversations you will ever have is the one with yourself.
